We want you to love your new bed. If something is not quite right, we are always here to help.

Standard stock items: you can cancel at any time before the item leaves our warehouse for a full refund.

Made-to-order items: custom beds, headboards or mattresses can be changed or cancelled within 48 hours of order confirmation. After this point, a partial cancellation fee may apply.

Returns: standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused, in perfect resalable condition and in original packaging.

Hygiene notice: we cannot accept returns on mattresses, pillows or bedding if protective packaging has been opened or if the item has been used.

In most cases, yes. We always recommend visiting the showroom to try beds and mattresses in person.

Please note that showroom displays change regularly, so it is always best to call or email first if you want to check whether a specific model is currently on display.

We are happy to provide fabric samples so you can check colour and texture in your own home.

Our team can also help with design advice, durability questions and choosing the right fabric for your lifestyle.

Please note that slight variations can occur between production batches, so samples are the best way to get a close indication of the final fabric.

Every mattress order includes a complimentary Staingard Mattress Protector and a dual-layer protection package.

6-Year Manufacturer’s Guarantee: covers structural issues such as broken springs, frame warping and seam failures under normal use.

10-Year Stain Protection: covers accidental spills that penetrate the protector and mark the mattress fabric.

The stain protection applies to the mattress only and requires the supplied protector to be used from day one.
