We want you to love your new bed! If something isn't quite right, we are always here to help you get it sorted.
Cancelling Your Order & Made-to-Order Beds
Standard Stock Items: Changed your mind before delivery? No problem at all. If it’s a standard stock item, you can cancel at any time before it leaves our warehouse for a full refund.
What is a "Made-to-Order" Item? These are beds, headboards, or mattresses built, upholstered, or altered specifically to your individual requirements—including your choice of non-standard fabrics, bespoke colours, or custom dimensions.
Changing a Made-to-Order Item: Because our workshop team gets to work quickly, you have a strict 48-hour window from your order confirmation to change or cancel a custom order.
Late Cancellations: If you need to cancel a custom order after those first 48 hours, please get in touch with us as soon as possible. Because our craftsmen will have already started on your bespoke build, a partial cancellation fee may apply to help us cover the specialist materials and labour costs already incurred.
2. Returning an Item (If You Change Your Mind)
Our Return Window: Under the legal guidelines for Distance Contracts, you have 14 days from the day your delivery arrives to let us know if you would like to return a standard item.
Custom Orders: Because Made-to-Order items are custom-built to your unique specifications, we are unfortunately unable to accept change-of-mind returns on them once they have been delivered to your home.
Getting it Back to Us: For standard returns, you are responsible for getting the item safely back to our warehouse. Don't have a big van? Don't worry! We can gladly arrange a professional collection for you, and we will simply deduct a transport collection fee from your final refund.
Keeping it Fresh: To qualify for a refund, items just need to be completely unused, in a perfect resalable condition, and tucked safely inside their original packaging.
Hygiene Rules: For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on mattresses, pillows, or bedding if the protective packaging or seal has been opened, or if the items have been slept on.
Can I See or Try an Item Before Buying?
In most cases, yes absolutely! We highly recommend popping in to see our beautiful furniture and test out our beds and mattresses in person—after all, there is nothing quite like a proper comfort test to find your perfect match.

Our Displays Change Regularly: We love keeping our showrooms fresh, up-to-date, and full of inspiration, which means our floor models change quite frequently.
Give Us a Quick Shout First: To avoid any disappointment before you travel, please drop us a quick line or give us a ring to check if the specific item or model you have your eye on is currently on display at your nearest branch.
If the exact model isn't on the floor, our lovely showroom teams can almost always show you an incredibly similar alternative or guide you through fabric swatches to help you make your choice with complete confidence!
